5. Fees & Charges

Assan Loan may receive a commission or payout from a partner lender for authorised sourcing/assistance. A borrower should not be charged a separate Assan Loan DSA/LSP facilitation fee for digital loan sourcing. Any borrower fee must be levied/disclosed by the applicable lender or authorised provider in the lender's KFS, sanction terms, invoice or other required document.

6. RBI / Lender Relationship Disclaimer

Assan Loan is not the Reserve Bank of India, is not itself a bank/NBFC and does not claim RBI approval as a lender. Display of a lender name, logo, rate or product does not by itself prove an active partnership or endorsement. Customers should verify the identity of the regulated lender and rely on lender-issued KFS, sanction letters and agreements.

7. Disbursement, Repayment & Safe Payments

Loan disbursement and repayment should ordinarily take place directly between the borrower and the regulated lender through lender-authorised channels, subject only to lawful regulatory exceptions. Never transfer EMI, security deposit, processing money or loan proceeds to an employee, agent, DSA, personal UPI ID or unrelated third-party account simply because the person claims that payment is necessary for approval.

8. No OTP / PIN Requests

Assan Loan will never require your OTP, UPI PIN, ATM/card PIN, CVV or internet-banking password. Do not share such authentication credentials with any employee, DSA, caller, WhatsApp contact or third party.

9. Data, Consent & Credit Checks

Loan data and documents may be processed or shared for legitimate loan-assistance purposes only with appropriate consent or another lawful basis. Merely visiting the website does not authorise a CIBIL/credit-bureau enquiry. Any credit check must follow the applicable lender/credit-bureau process and required authorisation.

10. Approval & Time Claims

Any statement that approval may be possible within a stated number of hours is indicative only and is not a guarantee. Final eligibility, approval, loan amount, interest/APR, tenure, documentation, sanction and disbursement are decided by the applicable bank/NBFC after its own verification.

11. Cyber Fraud & Impersonation

If you suspect a fake Assan Loan profile, payment link, impersonator or financial cyber fraud, contact your bank/payment provider immediately and report the incident via Government of India cybercrime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Preserve transaction IDs, screenshots, phone numbers, emails, URLs and relevant chats.

12. Grievance

For an Assan Loan service, conduct or privacy complaint, contact primesolution1998@gmail.com or +91 9699067641 with the applicant details and issue. For sanction, KFS, interest, repayment, recovery or lender charges, also use the concerned bank/NBFC's official grievance process.
